HIIT 45 Training is station based High Intensity class, guided by our Personal Trainers with the assistance of screen prompts. Each class is never the same incorporating a full-body cardio, strength and endurance workout that involves alternating short bursts of intense work, followed by a low intensity recovery, which is ideal for beginners chasing a fast, fat-burning result. If you're not at 85% of your max heart rate, it's not HIIT.

PILATES

TUE: 9:00AM - 10:00AM | Xanthia

Low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves target the core as well other areas of your body. Expect the moves to involve slow, precise movements and breath control. It strengthens and stabilizes your core body, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.

YOGA

THU: 9:15AM - 10.15AM | Georgia

Develop harmony with your body, mind, and environment as your Yoga instructor assists you through 60 minutes consisting of physical exercises, breath control, relaxation and positive thinking with low-impact movement and postures.

ZUMBA

TUE: 10.00AM - 11.00AM | Joyice

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin music and easy to follow dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training. It is a fun way to work out.

BARBELL PUMP

MON: 9:00AM - 10:00AM | Xanthia

A High Energy Barbell Class designed to target the entire body. This class includes the best resistance style moves and incorporates them giving you the ultimate workout. Suitable for anyone who wants a complete body workout.

STRENGTH

WED: 9:00AM - 10:00AM | Seb

This 1 hour class combines cardio, strength and flexibility to achieve an overall workout. Different movement styles and techniques are used such as moving balance/ stability work, strength training, body sculpt, hi-low impact and step. This class welcomes all levels of fitness.
